Buffalo Plant Based Chicken Thighs

This is our plant-based take on a Buffalo chicken thigh. Made using Jackfruit with a garlic and a chilli kick. These 'thighs' are wrapped with rice paper and finished with buffalo hot sauce, a unique alternative you won't have seen before.

A spicy take on our classic chicken thigh for those with a more adventurous palate. Simply roast until crispy. We love them with chips and corn or salad and herby rice.
